دستگاه تامبلر ، سس زن ، مریناتور ، طعم دهنده گوشت

این دستگاه جهت طعم دهی گوشت سفید و قرمز در رستوران ها و واحدهای فرآوری گوشت بکار می رود. فرآیند طعم دهی گوشت به صورت معمولی بسیار زمان بر است و عموما در رستوران ها گوشت را در مخلوط ادویه مخصوص و آب به مدت سه تا چهار ساعت نگه میدارند تا گوشت عطر و طعم ادویه را بگیرد.
این دستگاه این عمل را در مدت حدود 15 تا 20 دقیقه انجام می دهد.
